Account & Data Deletion
Your data belongs to you. Here's how to remove it.
Option 1 — Recommended
Delete via the App
You can easily delete your Layoverly account and all associated data directly within the mobile app. Simply navigate to the Profile tab, tap Delete My Account, and type "delete" to confirm.
Step-by-step
- 1. Open the Layoverly app
- 2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation)
- 3. Scroll down and tap Delete My Account
- 4. Type delete in the confirmation box and confirm
Option 2 — No App Access
Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual data deletion. Please send an email to support@layoverly.com from the exact email address associated with your Layoverly account.
